I was considering a positive outcome of CR going to Holders at 20% discount.....
Its a good call by management as only the holders will be entitled.........This means that if any brokers or soph's seek to participate they will need to secure stock prior to AGM, and / or wait relist and risk greater premium price, which given our SOW (Subject to Results) make it a No Brainer to participate: Imagine if that Potential partner is a Major like Honeywell or Apple, Intel, or a Bank payment system or any of the already spoken to potential partners as per @lgs (I think or @redapple) previous matrix, etc.....They would be paying a huge premium later....Just thinking out loud...But Very very exciting indeed...

Even though we will be in Suspension, Is it fair to assume that if deals or significant developments occur while suspended, that NXR would be required to release such info?
Or do we just stay tuned to research each contributor has proven highly successful at......(TU's to all)

Only about 2 weeks which I am sure will pass fast enough
