we were under a $ before the merger I actually rang the NASDAQ about this asking if it was actually legal to go ahead.d with a merger when they were actually in breach of the NASDAQ rulings
They didn't see it as an issue full stop
Read 2 Ann back Daz the fall is over the issue of 2,500,000 for $1mil at an issue price of 40c

This whole fkn thing is one big con
Daz when they proposed the merger they were well over a dollar now we are sat close to 40c
If they do a 2 to 1 your holding will be halved and we will still be under a dollar
My holding is already 50% down now a consolidation then a further retrace
By the time temrezli is complete our holdings will be worth fk all the way this shower are diluting us
I feel sorry for Cled if he has a substantial amount of these I have a few and stand to lose a fair amount if I were to sell now
But it doesn't look good from here on I just don't know how they convinced the major holders to go for this
