Maybe it's game playing... selling a meaningless amount to affect the price. Those exact 90 shares were on Offer temporarily during the day! so dumb. just dump them for $9 in the first place.
I think it might be a sale of a real holding... the share price was $10 in 2010 and $40 in 2007. Before the uranium crash. So 90 shares @ $10 was $900+ [actually it was 9,000 shares @ $0.10 then dropping to $0.002 before 100:1 consolidation in 2014].
