My opinion - royalties are between 5-10% of product retail value, If we use the higher value estimate (10%) so ~5% for ESI or sale price (spv split - 4.9% to be exact)
output 500tpa Matmor steel (billet - price unknown, used an internet value) say 300$US/tonne,
(add in your own tolerance)
potentially 7.5mil to esi. Per annum
if Billet or royalty lower - say 150$ per tonne, 3.75mill to esi Per annum
just thoughts, but not small dollars, and on just 1 plant, all imo, dyor
