GSK only started to mention exclusivity once developments of Oral Health products were revealed last year in their ann.
Prior to this date GSK did not mention exclusivity for 5 years.

My comments 2 years ago when I stated that partner companies would insist on exclusivity terms raised many eyebrows.
The speculation of a T/O in conjunction in correlation with the exclusivity claims could not be verified and this speculation was replaced by OBJ's multiple product line and patent policy which allows multiple exclusivity contracts.Needless to say that I'm thrilled with such a strategy.


UK FMCG collaborates with OBJ since 5 years without exclusivity strings attached.


Interesting how within a time frame of 2 years the wording of exclusivity moves from wild speculation to standard procedure.
Where is the price appreciation reflecting such realisation?

I guess we will be rewarded this quarter to find out.
