    My comments 2 years ago when I stated that partner companies would insist on exclusivity terms raised many eyebrows.

    Really? Haven't seen too many deals done in this sector that weren't exlusive. Doesn't make sense not to.

    I can understand this being the case in early appraisal stage. No way GSK would take on OBJ technology to commercialisation without exclusitivity.
