these shares are worth more than 26.5c and I have plenty of time on my hands. I beleive with the company balance sheet and forward projects they will be worth north of 26.5 c whether SOL have control or not.

and no they cannot just take the cash out of the company. They can pay another divi or capital return but the balance sheet remains in tact for all shaeholders.
