What makes the author of this particular recommendation look quite unprofessional, if not downright stupid, is the selective use of a time period of 15 trading days - selective, because this just happens to cover the time from a short-term low to a short-term high.
Surely anyone claiming to be giving a serious, professional assessment would have balanced this by also showing that, in the past six weeks, from the beginning of February, the RDF price has advanced about one percent.
This demonstrates, as stated earlier, a pathetically short-term view.
Or has CSFB really descended to the level of:
"My mind is made up! Don't confuse me with facts!"???
