    What I have in the back of my mind we have a common director, Clive.

    Director of our company.

    Director of the Major Shareholder.

    Does the major what to dilute it's holdings???
    Does the major want a larger slice of the pie because it knows more information then us????

    LINQ has been the company they turn too when they need cash.

    I will bet my left one that if there is underwriting LINQ will have it.
