So then...... if rents are going up because house selling is on the climb.....your words not mine..... wouldn't I be right in saying that the ability to save for a deposit would be reduced and harder to do for someone renting....if in fact rents are going up....lol?
Therefore the gap between trying to buy a house and renting one would increase as another 10/20/30% of your income goes to the stupid property investor collecting 30% more rent while you wait for house pices to drop....what was it....40%...lol.
