TDA I'm not targeting you at all what I am saying tho is that its HOW the Co appears to have acted on your info (without due consideration?) by dropping extremly poor announcements because if it thats stuffed things up.

That now appears to have seriously hindered whatever financing plans it had and delayed the trials. Clearly thats not your responsibility.

(BTW perhaps Pete should also be smarter than to tell people where he gets this "data"? Particularly if some then see it as a failure of maintaining normal market intelligence)

I guess my point is that some might argue that if the Co. was doing what it should it would be aware of all these things at least at the same time as we posters and have had "risk management" procedures IN PLACE already.

Or at least hire decent PR flacks to deal with "negatives"?
