    Thanks for tour post Tower. Would you conclude ACLs large share holders think Pete can structure a better deal on the back of good fonda earnings news (which we are waiting for) and positive news re phaseII trial (which we have to a degree).

    Thats what i would have expected but haven't heard it from Pete.
