They had all the time in the world to discuss possible deal structures prior to FDA approval. They should have been ready to go just a day or two after approval came through.

A further concern of mine is the directors' buying a few weeks back.

I don't think this is at all proper for a company that is officially working on up to six possible capital raising strategies.

Knowing how these strategies are progressing is very key to understanding the prospects of the company.

This information is surely price sensitive etc.

Personally - I hold only minimal shares at present because i do not have this information. If I knew everything the directors know i would be much better placed.

In these circumstances they simply should not be trading.
