An interesting observation Tower. Lets hope the big players are not using the opportunity to buy more as the depressed share price (lowered as a result of their actions) pushes the less informed out of the market. If they are doing so, it could be in their interests to keep delaying this thing for a while, and it could also be considered price manipulation.
