Just be aware of the 45 day holding rule for shares and franking credits. It can be fairly complex and you probably need to speak with your accountant to confirm this. Depending on your level of Franked dividend income if you hold your shares for less then 45 days you can lose the franking credit benefits. You need to follow up on that.
