    ... four ...tough work counting them options ...five ... hundreds of thousands ... :)

    Seeking approval at the GM. Apparently the exercise price will be equal to the share price when the options are issued... someone might be smiling as the share price slides.

    The board is also seeking approval for a 4:1 share split.
