The announcement looks like it was published in the context of a done deal when obviously it was not in the case of Fantastic Furniture.
Attaching "price sensitive" to bullshit announcements doesn't suddenly make it okay to tell half the story and absolve you from any responsibility for how people act, in the same way people are stupid if they read an announcement, see "price senstitive" written on it, and go out straight away and buy/sell.
