ask a KOR shareholder what that means. KOR spun off gold assets in 2010 then in 2012 had a strategic review and decided (clarified) that they will keep all the shares as distribution was not conditional on listing. when it was pointed out that they said it was not conditional they then Clarified that distribution was conditional on listing. Lots of shareholders lost hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of shares and have quite rightly complained to ASIC.
