    I'll change my sentiment as necessary once I've read the announcement. I am a bit confused as to why there is a need for a trading halt. If it has been executed then just release it to the market. If it hasn't been executed, when go into a trading halt? Only possibilities I can come up with are that the company is worried about a leak, the deal is significantly bigger than expected or the deal has fallen through and they are trying to salvage it.
