EXECUTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT

Solco Ltd and Choice Electric Co.

Due to national and global response to climate change and expanding government support of
the renewable energies sector, Solco and Choice are presented with significant market
opportunities. To maximise these opportunities, we are pleased to announce the following key
personnel promotions and appointments.

Mr. John Cooper is promoted to the position of Business Development Manager for Solco.
John brings over 20 years of experience in the renewable energies sector as the head of
Choice Electric. In this new position John will be responsible for developing new market
opportunities, especially through new product and supplier introductions for the Solco group.

Mr. Andrew Simpson is appointed to the position of Queensland State Manager for Choice
Electric and Solco. Andrew’s prior experience at BP Solar Pty Ltd, Pacific Solar Pty Ltd, and
most recently as a Senior Business development Engineer at Union Switch and Signal,
expands even further Choice Electric’s technical knowledge base at the senior management
level. Andrew will be responsible for all facets of the operation and management of Choice
Electric’s Brisbane office to ensure growth in sales of their products and services in the
national marketplace.

Mr Peter McPherson is appointed to the position of Regional Sales Manager for Choice
Electric. Peter, who operated his own successful solar supply and installation business “Solar
Mac Pty. Ltd.” for the last 10 years, brings a strong technical sales capability along with a
“grass roots” knowledge of the renewable energy industry. Peter’s responsibilities will
include the support and promotion of Choice Electric’s expanding product family across our
broad customer base.

Mr Paul Edwards will now be in charge of National Corporate Sales for Choice Electric and
Solco. Paul’s 7 years working in and with regulatory authorities in the renewable energies
sector will allow Choice Electric to assess and react rapidly to government policy and market
change. With responsibility for National Corporate sales, Paul will be managing current and
developing new opportunities with our larger corporate and government customers.

These recent appointments bring a combined 50 years of relevant renewable energies sector
experience to bear for both Solco and Choice Electric. Each of these staff will play key
strategic roles in expanding our product family, service support offerings and customer
network over the ensuing years of envisaged rapid market sector growth.
