There is only way a shareholder can measure how good an Executive Chairman is doing and that is the share price.
I am only interested in making money here. Nothing else. Not interested in the Executive Chairman having a nice office or good holiday plan, just want to see that share price rise. If the Executive Chairman keeps the share price rising then I want him to have a nice office and good holidays but at the end of the day our relationship is based on him getting the share price to rise. When that is not happening then there is a problem. When the share price has failed to rise without adequate explanation over an extended period then I feel personally slighted.
So to say our Executive Chair-person is doing a good job is a nonsense to me. If the share price was 4c then maybe. But it isn't and someone to blame. Someone who is drawing a large salary and sitting in a nice office with a good holiday plan.
