This is a big announcement. Today’s Financial Review mentioned potential opportunities for Australia, Greenland and Canada from this approach. Not sure how the Shenghe partnering is viewed for GGG. On one hand, Shenghe can accelerate capability. But the Order is pretty blunt that they see China as a threat to supply, and want secure supply chains that do not involve China for processing or supply. I assume the GGG executives will be having plenty of internal and external conversations. I know we have many steps ahead. The geopolitics have shifted fast and I assume our execs are attuned. I hope this announcement means our huge resource is sought by the US, and there is competing interest in processing our product elsewhere than China... and soon.
