clause 15A (1)(h). The Peak application we were all screwed over by was approved on the basis Peak had a $90 million backing. Lets go after it. That is unless there has not yet been a full disclosure by the CTP BOD to shareholders and going after it is a yet to be advised techical issue. DYOR
