    As CEO, Leon works for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are supposed to represent the shareholders. I don't know Leon Devaney personally (nor do I wish to), but I know the personality type. Leon Devaney will never resign, the Board of Directors will need to sack him. Question is, do the have the guts to do it.
