There are three Peak Helium directors named here in the above doc file. Why are the numpties who claim to be acting in shareholders interests (and whom are presiding over and responsible for the destruction of the CTP share price and market cap) not pursuing them in legal action yet? Did they forget to add that non performance clause as well in their lack of DD? Any SH in attendance please demand the facts on legal recovery in the AGM.
Ive been in this for 17 years. It was always about the Helium promises for me which have been perpetually used as carrots on a stick. They are still doing it. They have never delivered a meaningful operational success with associated monetisation on the sub salt plays, nor completed anything Helium related that they have continued to play investors for that entire 17 years that Ive committed to it. There is no grand vision or plan ahead by this board they are winging it. The cosy arrangement Cottee got his Santos mates into has to be terminated if it can be. Its simply not delivered in a reasonable timeframe relative to funds raised for the purpose stated. Investors appear to be getting perpetually decieved on exploration. The BOD whom are by their results alone not effective in their roles, have to be held accountable by shareholders. Say no to their performance rights, as they do not deserve any further reward until at least the market cap is restored and they actually achieve something above the ruination they have presided over.
Per the NWE low ball steal by MIN, beware the low bar shares/options performance vest price for percieved performance after they themselves have created the new lows to set it from. In any unlikely takover in my lifetime, this may well be the price they will sell you all out at and long term holders will all get shafted as the Directors doing that get enriched. Do the right thing Leon and resign or do your job better and shake up your non performing BOD you are responsible for. Regards - Long term shareholder.
