    I agree with you some what.
    It is too early to offer them any sort of benifits.
    If Nobles was not looking after thier investment, there may not be a TTY now, and there would not be TTY employment.
    We can offer them somethong in 6-12 mths time.
    Why commit ourselves so soon.
