The debt funding structure for Nolans has been designed to ensure an optimal financial outcome for shareholders and as a result,is complex in nature. Debt funding negotiations involve engagement with five different government backedagencies across four jurisdictions, along with Arafura’s mandated lead arrangers KfW and Société Générale and a handful of other commercial banks and advisors. Managing and aligning the expectations of all groups involved has taken longer than anticipated and the timeline is not entirely within our control.
