Half the agm revolved around remuneration issues including appropriate invective structure. With the md gone and the gm of sales stepping up hopefully the salaries should be reduced.
If things deteriorated again/any further I think they’ll be taken out. The asset backing of the company is significant enough for the large holders to wind them up.
