The only Expense IMO that i want to see Controlled is Loxton - and by controlled i also mean in the Back Seat.
IMO a lot of the current SP is a reflection on His inability to advise the market correctly "read whatever into that".
As for other Staff Expenses - I have No Issue with any of them and would expect to see them increasing with growth n expansion.
Marketing is where the next big increase will come from and lets be honest - This Should or Could of happened a while ago. "yes yes dont start me on the Web Page n Game"....
