    refer to 22 NOV 2007 Executive Service Agreement

    content as below:

    -Aurox may terminate Mr Schaus's employment without notice in the case of
    misconduct and in certain other circumstances.


    AS ABOVE, if mgt hurt shareholder interest, the agreement will be void.

    Don't worry. AGM will be the last day in the office. Please go to AGM if they failed to get bank finance. They are not qualified to get $400k per year (even excluding vehicle expense).
