    Thought id summarise the valuation reports on ABR that have been released. Clearly it's heavily undervalued.

    Peloton Capital 40% NPV $4.04

    Orior Capital     50% NPV $3.23 immediate valuation 4x current share price

    PAC Partners We upgrade our recommendation to BUY (previous speculative buy) and our price target to $1.76
