In regard to the points you made on ineligible Foreign Ownership, if you get the chance have a look at the A1 Minerals Capital Raising Agreement and the cute transfer arrangement between Stone Resources and Stone Mining if the deal runs into exchange listing problems.

Can just see Stone Mining transferring its shares to Stone Resources a TSX listed company to get around eligibility problems with the FML offer.

As you conclude will be interesting to see what Stone does next.
