I hear what you are saying about the positive info coming out on Tuesday. But, if as all the speculation is alluding to, he is going to announce the full 3D results etc, would that NOT be market sensitive info? Everyone is alluding to some huge announcement on Tuesday but if that were to happen, I think that he has picked the wrong forum. I don't think he would be very popular with the ASX, if he has held market sensitive info, back from the market, for a grandstand event like this.
I for one would be peeved that it has not been announced as the results were obtained. Otherwise, fingers can quite rightly be pointed to, inside info being available to a select few. I think he is a more intelligent operator, to leave himself open to such suggestion. Surely, about the only thing he can do on Tuesday is to 'gild the lily' about results that have already been issued?
