That is what I was stunned at.
What is the point of ASIC if they do nothing?
Anyways I have since posted in the general forum about this and one of the long standing members (very helpful) checked it out and said it was possible to be done if the money was paid before 31st Dec 2008 which I guess there is no way in knowing unless someone checks the books.
It seems dodgy but who knows.
