Is head price greater than (option price + strike price)?

or

Is option price lower than the intrinsic value (i.e., head price minus strike price)? (Assume time value is zero).

Will head price go up or down during the remaining option trading period (around another three-week to go)?

Unfortunately, currently option trading is NOT liquid. If someone buys it, he or she may not be able to sell it back unless he or she has intention to convert it.
