    EXERCISE PRICE OF LISTED OPTIONS CLARIFICATION

    In the Appendix 5B lodged for the June 2010 Quarter the exercise price quoted for the34,353,512 was shown incorrectly.

    The 34,353,512 listed options on issue for Elemental Minerals Limted (ELM) have an exercise price of 20 cents each expiring 31 January 2012.
