Firstly and most importantly, your option 3 is WRONG.
3. Do nothing and ADOO is converted to ADO on December 6th? (I assume?)
If you do nothing, then your options will expire worthless.
As they are "in the money" (ie share price is higher than option exercise price of 2cents), it is highly in your interests to do option 1 or option 2.
As example, for every 100,000 AnteoTech Dec 2020 2c Options (ADOO) that you have.
Today your could have sold them on market for 10.5c - netting $10,500. (ie Option2 - noting that there is no 2c deduction as you are not selling the ADO shares, but ADOO).
Or, you could exercise the options paying $2,000 to do so (others here have told you how to contact registry etc), and then
after you receive the 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares (not before), sell them on market as ADO. At todays ADO price of 12.5c, you would get $12,500.
The above is an example and share price is volatile and the options more so as they are much more thinly traded with often a wide spread between bid and offer. The expected (rational) difference between price of ADO and ADOO between now and expiry date is about plus 2c (as options are well in-the-money and time to expiry is short).
What you choose to do as an investment is up to you of course, but
