They tend to do the swap once a week unless you are converting a couple of million. Keep an eye on your holdings on the atomic website, but it will take anything from a couple of days to just over a week depending on when your request falls in their cycle.
As long as you option convert money is receipted in their account prior to 5pm on the 30th your conversion will take place.
