They wouldn't need to walk me through the process if they put proper instructions on the form to begin with (assuming they did send me the correct form).
As mentioned: Included a pre-addressed pre-paid envelope addressed to Link Marketing Services, but say on the form to send to a Venturex postal address.
Say you can also email to email address below on the form, but don't include the email address. My preference is always to use email because of its speed and the automatic record for filing.
As to my request here for clarification rather than direct to Venturex, it was made early over the weekend when I wanted to just get the process over and done with, but WA having a public holiday yesterday and it still not 8:30 am here, I have been unable to contact anyone official yet.
