I am sure MNM / Exergen are fully aware that amongst our shareholders are some very clever and savvy people. If what you guys have discovered is inevitable, should not MNM come clean and announce this to the market? In reality I suppose they still have agreements and contract formalities to complete before they announce something, but I bet it frustrates them that they cannot make a move without you gentlemen " joining the dots " and alerting your fellow shareholders before they can make an announcement.
