lol Maddingly is no longer approved by local and state govt to gear up for any more than a few bags of urea feed stock now and then..The locals have won the closing battle.

Read back thru the Melton Leader or the Bacchus local papers,, they change it's name as often as esi change it's next big deal.

The Maddingly smoke screen in as tragic as a certain recent poster's agenda.

If you pay 8 or 10 bux for a tonne of lignite,, you have to get the power for under 2c/kwhr for opex to prove viable ,, even before you fs up.

If you can get a pit licence and dig it up for 98c/tonne ( which is roughly the opex at Morwell pit,,,) then you can afford the juice to run the tonka toys,,, and really only have to worry about the 100's of millions in capex that tincom would have to fes up to in order buy a steam shovel and a dozen horse and drays.


esi only require a number of govt approvals ... and licences,,, if it actually wants to make money.

If you think there is enough meat on the fs study bone to absorb $10 and $12/tonne lignite offtake plus the disappointingly high cents/kwhr to run the plant..
think licences again...Kos it aint coming out of Maddingly
