They needed to drill beside the old historic holes at BM to confirm the old drill results were accurate, that was only completed few weeks ago and final coal lab results have been received and currently being interpreted
Carbon tax effects MNM/EXERGEN and it was only passed last week...
This JV effects several parties and it may even include financing so these things take time,,these companies don't just go to work to complete the JV, they probably have hundreds of deadlines and important things to do.
