AKQ and some of you have totally missed the point.
1. ASIC do not have that information.
2. HC admin censored Blooming Ruby for posting information that could not be substantiated (the significance of that censoring should not go unrecognised)
3. BR made a statement that possibly and probably would influence share holders during a CR that could not be substantiated.
Incidently I spoke with Gregory Woods from Savilles one of the listed marketing agents. He could not disclose who the buyer for half the premises was but said it was not Exergen but implied that it was a wealthy private individual. Who knows maybe they have Exergen as a lined up tenant.(here's hoping). Either way it does not change the above 3 points.
