Consider that the FMS Board are not permitted to pass on any company information to anyone if that information is not released in a company announcement. Or something like that.
Now historically the Board have been rather secretive (understatement) in passing on company information to shareholders via company announcements.
On the above basis, were the presentation meetings a waste of money and time?
