I see that you do not post a lot but this is a couple of posts where you have spoken about the need for Peter Bird, who is already chairman, to assume role of executive chairman and work with his institutional investors to essentially hep get some cornerstone investors into EXG. I have held EXG for 4 years and love the story, and critically the geology. Both Davids' have delivered, in their respective areas, big time - so I am wondering why the need for an Executive Chairman. The company seems to be running smoothly with the small board and low corporate overheads that they have, why should it be changed?
