Woofy cant see any need for new directors, as far as I can see they have done a good job and I can see no need for any hurry up either. I prefer good steady progress, hitting or out performing your targets and building credibility. Credibility, which comes from performance, will bring the instos. I am very pleased with what they have put in place, I love their announcements, not full of blue sky.
Also I love, as Jonathan mentioned, their tight overhead structure, low overheads and the fact the milling and stripping is contracting out so no huge capital commitment's at this stage--its pay as you go.
Compare this company to say BDR.. EXG is the quiet achiever, unusual for an Aussie I must admit as most of you are full of yourselves...![]()
