Don't underestimate the potential for a re rating of the US pandemic stockpile
At the moment there health department knows the only thing that has saved them from a pandemic nightmare and further economic melt down has been good luck .
They have been left totally exposed and had the current virus been more lethal - they would have had 8-10mths of carnage till a vaccine was ready as per todays scenerio.
The US is typically conservative with these things - IMO look for a re- rating of stockpile from current 15-20% of population to a new target of 50% of population - of which relenza and eventually LANI will be the lions share.
In addition to this look for a re rating in india and china as well as rest of western world.
The current pandemic situation has been a training run - the lessons of which can not be ignored by ledgislators.
IMO look for a trebling of world wide pandemic stockpile over the next 3-5 yrs.

Now who is guessing what BTA is worth?
