That is the $280million question cararon.

We were supposed to have ticked all the boxes way back [Feb I think without looking it up] but the current "unofficial" explanation is that there is still a huge amount of paperwork to be finalised, lawyers required to sift through it and approve it before the money "which is already approved" can start to flow.

I can't understand it,any I know in responsible financial positions can't understand it, and management have confirmed that it is still in the final moments of "clean ing up the loose ends even though approved".

All we know is that we can't access the money yet [which is desperately needed now]despite assurances that it is a done deal.

This loan is central to our survival and there are a lot of SH unhappy about the stalling and silence surrounding it.

If you can make any sense of all that then you can enlighten all of us who still wait, wonder, and hope.
