    Also while possibly thought of as fanciful at the time my prediction that ExIm might even waive the CR condition precedent in total and just get on with business provided they are satisfied of the liquidity of Newsat.

    That would really be the icing on the cake and would allow us to move on without further dilution.

    More to come. We may still have a pulse yet!...............
