Of course they would support a rights issue, they keep getting the shares at a substantial discount and diluting the hell out of us retail shareholders !!! This just gets worse, borderline illegal does not stand up in court ! If they were not so careless in spending shareholders money without a second thought and over paying salaries over the past 5-10 years how much more cash would we have ?! Who knows without looking at the books but I am sure it would be North of $5m to $10m. The leach is still sucking the blood and the fat belly keeps getting bigger!
